Bike Tour Barichara - Galán - River Suárez
The tour starts at 9 am. The first part of the tour is on the main route San Gil vía Barichara. In Barichara we bike up to the mirador to enjoy the view and see the mountains we will biking through later in the day. Then we bike down to the river Suárez. It is large downhill mainly on dirt route. Getting down to the river we put up the bikes on top of the car and drive all the way up to the small village Galán.
For lunch we go to a local restaurant in Galán. After lunch we go up to another viewpoint where you get to see the Suárez canyon and the Serranía de los Yariguíes National Park. The next biking session is a long downhill and afterwards crosscountry along the river Suárez.
